Do you sell M-80s and/or Cherry Bombs?
M-80's and Cherry Bombs are not fireworks; they are illegal explosive devices and have been federally banned since 1966. We are a consumer fireworks store, not an illegal explosive devices store. We do not sell any overloaded products or anything stronger than approved 1.4G consumer fireworks devices.
What fireworks are legal in Minnesota?
The items that are legal in Minnesota are 200 and 500 Gram fountains, novelty items, sparklers, smoke items, ground spinners, and wheels. To put it another way, any item that reads," Emits showers of sparks," on the warning label should be a Minnesota approved firework device. If you visit our showrooms or products section of the website, we have description tags on all of our items that will indicate if the item is Minnesota legal.
Do you do the "buy one get one free" or "buy one get one for 99 cents" sales?
Fireworks Forever, as a company, does not take part in store-wide "Buy one get one free" or "Buy one get one for 99 cents" sales. What's our reason? We refuse to make customers think they are getting a deal or force them to buy the same product twice. What usually happens in these sales gimmicks, is that the price of the first item is doubled or more to cover the second item. When you compare many items, you'll notice that our prices are half or less of the stores that employ these sales.
Having said that, we also admit that, as a smaller business, there are a couple items we may not be able to price less on and that not all stores using these sales are tricking their customers. In fact, we usually have a couple buy one get one free or 50% off sales in our own showrooms. We just want you to be conscious of the fact that the deals aren't always what they appear to be. And if you still don't believe us, we welcome you to bring in the mailers and compare for yourself.
